This page lists the third-party entities that may receive End-User Data from Completa Studio for Jira. BranchCreation S.L.U. does not operate an application server or a vendor-side database for this app. Runtime and Forge SQL are Atlassian Forge.

Unlike an optional integration, this destination is always used whenever Completa scores a draft — it is core to how the app works, not something a customer opts into separately. Atlassian (Jira Cloud and Forge) is the hosting platform for the app and is not repeated as a sub-processor here.

The request is authorized with a single API key that BranchCreation controls, set as an encrypted Forge environment variable. It is never returned to the browser and never shown to, or configured by, customers. Every licensed installation on a given Forge environment (development or production) shares that same vendor key and Jev's response quota for it.

What is not shared

Completa does not send End-User Data to Jev for advertising, analytics, or payment processing. It does not share Forge function logs, custom field values already written to Jira, or the vendor API key with Jev or with anyone else.

Data residency

Catalogs, settings, and field values stay in Forge SQL and Jira, following the site's Forge data residency. Draft text sent to Jev for scoring follows Jev's own infrastructure and regions, not Forge's. That text is not retained by BranchCreation; its retention on Jev's side is governed by Jev's own terms, not something this app controls.
