Mindmap Studio for Jira Cloud - Subprocessors
This page lists the third-party entities that may receive End-User Data from Mindmap Studio for Jira Cloud. BranchCreation S.L.U. does not operate an application server or a vendor-side database for this app. Runtime is Atlassian Forge.
Mindmap Studio does not declare any external egress (permissions.external) in its Forge manifest. It cannot send End-User Data to any host outside Atlassian. Atlassian (Jira Cloud and Forge) is the hosting platform for the app and is not repeated as a sub-processor here.

There are no sub-processors, analytics services, AI services, payment processors or other third parties that receive End-User Data from this app.
What is not shared
Mindmap Studio does not send End-User Data to anyone for advertising, analytics, or payment processing. Issue content that appears on the map is read from Jira and written back to Jira, as the signed-in user, through Jira's own REST API. Map exports (PNG, PDF, SVG) are generated in the user's browser and are never uploaded. The app does not store Jira content in Forge storage, Forge SQL or any BranchCreation system.
Data residency
All Jira content stays in Jira and follows the site's Atlassian data residency. The app does not move it to any other region or provider.
